My name is Ollie and I’m a full-time GCSE and A-Level Spanish teacher.

Hello!

What is Boletín?

Way back in 2020, shortly before the first lockdown, I had the idea of creating a weekly resource which would feature news articles linked to the A Level Spanish course for my A Level learners.

The aim was to introduce new vocabulary, promote reading authentic and challenging texts and to practise exam type questions on a weekly basis so that students gained confidence with previously unfamiliar question types.

About this time, at the beginning of the pandemic, I took the hit and committed to give Adobe money every month in exchange for using thier software. To help me use their product I took online courses and read lots about graphic design and typography.

The result is Boletín.

There are now over 120 issues (downloaded 1,000,000+ times) ready to download for free on TES. Each one unique in design and related to the A Level Spanish course in Wales and England.

Boletín is a reader-supported publication. To support my work, consider becoming a free or paid subscriber.

Thanks for reading,

Ollie
