My name is Ollie and I’m a full-time Spanish teacher. I share my resources on TES. This website in an attempt to expand on the student Boletín worksheet with extra information and tasks in the form of an accompanying newsletter.

Hello!

What is Boletín?

Shortly before the first lockdown I had the idea of creating a weekly resource which would feature news articles linked to the A Level Spanish course for my A Level learners.

The aim was to introduce new vocabulary, promote reading authentic and challenging texts and to practise exam type questions on a weekly basis so that students gained confidence with previously unfamiliar question types.

About this time, at the beginning of the pandemic, I took the hit and committed to give Adobe money every month in exchange for using thier software. To help me use their product I took online courses and read lots about graphic design and typography.

The result is Boletín.

There are now over 120 issues (downloaded 1,000,000+ times) ready to download for free on TES. Each one unique in design and related to the A Level Spanish course in Wales and England.

Boletín is a reader-supported publication. To support my work, consider becoming a free or paid subscriber.

Thanks for reading,

Ollie
